  • Minimum 5 persons.
  • Participants must adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by the trek leaders for their safety and well-being.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations must be disclosed to the trek leaders before embarking on the trek.
  • The trekking package charges include the cost of guides, permits, entry fees, and basic amenities during the trek. Any additional services or facilities not specified will incur extra charges.
  • Participants are expected to respect the natural environment and wildlife, refraining from any activities that may cause harm to the ecosystem.
  • The trekking package fees are non-refundable, and any cancellations or modifications must be communicated within the stipulated time frame as mentioned in the booking policy.
  • The management holds the right to alter the itinerary or cancel the trek in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or any other situations deemed unsafe for the participants.

General Etiquette at Matthuga, a homely retreat- Kodachadri:

  • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor towards fellow guests and staff members, fostering a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere within the resort premises.
  • Any damage caused to the resort property or its surroundings due to negligence or inappropriate behavior will incur additional charges, as per the resort's policy.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted within the designated areas and in adherence to the local regulations. Any behavior resulting from excessive alcohol consumption that disturbs the tranquility of other guests will not be tolerated.
  • The resort operates with an eco-friendly approach, and guests are encouraged to participate in sustainable practices such as energy conservation, water usage management, and waste reduction during their stay.
  • Noise levels are to be kept at a considerate volume, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Quiet hours may be enforced during specific times to maintain the serenity of the resort. Loud speakers/DJ strictly prohibited
